Accommodation Reservation Conditions
In order to secure your reservation you will be required to supply credit card details. Rest assured, your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Only on check-out will you be required to make payment for your stay or if cancellation falls inside our cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged with the cancellation fee plus a transaction fee of 1%.
Credit Card Surcharge.
Payments can be made via EFTPOS, cheque, direct electronic funds transfer or credit card. If you opt to pay via credit card for any Voyages transactions, a transaction fee of 1% will be incurred in addition to quoted prices.
Do you wish to change your booking?
If you booked on the Voyages website, please click here and select the ‘Modify/Cancel’ option at the top of the screen. You will need the confirmation number emailed to you when you made your booking.
If your booking was made through a travel agent, please contact them directly.
For bookings made by phone directly with Voyages, please contact us by phone. Our travel consultants will also be able to help you with flights and transfers.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend Travel insurance. Guests should be satisfied that their chosen insurance cover fully meets their personal requirements especially in respect to inclement weather, personal injury or illness.
