The table light is soft and subdued, and as the sunset turns to starlight, you indulge in an extrordinary eight-course degustation menu with each course complimented by fine Australian wines. Exclusively focused on a select number of guests, your chef prepares one of two menus in front of your eyes whilst your own waiter attends to your every need.
